Shipping & Delivery

At ELORÉNE, every order goes through a careful inspection and quality-control process before shipment.

Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing. During this time, your items are inspected, prepared, and packed before being dispatched.

Once your order has been shipped, international delivery typically takes 6–10 business days, depending on the destination.

Free international shipping is available on orders of USD $150 or more. Orders below USD $150 may be subject to a shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout.

All shipped orders include a tracking number, which will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

For eligible international orders, applicable import duties and taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout.

When duties and taxes are collected at checkout, customers should generally not be required to pay those same import charges again upon delivery.

However, depending on the destination country, order value, customs regulations, or shipping method, duties, import VAT, customs fees, or other local charges may not be collected in advance. In these cases, additional charges may be payable by the customer before or upon delivery.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local courier delays, weather conditions, weekends, public holidays, or periods of high demand.
